About Henbrits

Our son Henry first asked for a British Shorthair Kitten when he was 4 years old, we joined waiting lists and waited for his kitten, which seemed liked gold dust! A red female. When he was 10, a whopping 6 years after he asked, we got our first girl Maia. Not wanting her to be alone, we bought Phoebe at the same time.

6 months later their breeder was seeking to rehome 2 cats, Mimi, litter sister to Phoebe, and Dot. 

​

As they say, the rest is history. 

​

We had litters in 2022 and kept 4 female kittens back, taking my son from his 1 beloved cat to 8 doted on and adored ladies. 

​

When choosing our prefix, Henry wanted his name or part of in the title, Henbrits was his first choice. 

​

We exhibit our cats with The GCCF & TICA and I am a GCCF Steward.
